1. Service Overview
ROFIDO provides booking assistance and support via WhatsApp. Actual ride/parcel service may be fulfilled by
independent drivers/partners depending on availability.
2. Booking & Availability
- All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation on WhatsApp.
- Estimated fares and ETA can change based on traffic, distance, and demand.
- You must share accurate pickup/drop details to avoid delays.
3. Payments
- Payment method (cash/online) will be informed during confirmation (if applicable).
- Any tolls/parking/extra waiting charges (if applicable) will be communicated.
4. Cancellations
- You can cancel by messaging on WhatsApp as early as possible.
- Late cancellations may incur a fee if a driver has already been assigned (if applicable).
5. User Responsibilities
- Provide correct information (location, contact, timing).
- Do not use the service for illegal activities or prohibited items.
- Be respectful to drivers/partners and follow local laws.
6. Limitation of Liability
ROFIDO is not responsible for delays, cancellations, or issues caused by factors beyond our control
(traffic, weather, partner availability, incorrect user details, etc.). Any disputes should be reported
on WhatsApp for support.
7. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated terms take effect when posted on this page.
